Hello! I Had A Serious Knee Injury On Sunday And

I had a serious knee injury on Sunday and have been taking 2x 30mg Tylenol 3 every 4 hours or so for just over 24 hours now.
I am getting upper abdomen pain and slight jolting of my body when I try to sleep. My last dose was 12pm.
Should I just start taking one and is there any immediate cause for concern??
I am also taking Naproxen twice daily with food.
