Hello I Had A Stomach Bug Which Started Thursday And

Hello I had a stomach bug which started Thursday and lasted until Friday night, but I had no vomiting only nausea and a bit of an appetite. I also had weakness and pains in my hips and legs and just felt very tired, so naturally I assumed it was a bug. But over yesterday and today my stomach just hasn't been right it's like there's something wrong with it. I've got a discomforting pain and I think it's hard near my pelvic area. Ive recently had my period. And l have a normal bowel movement nearly everyday. My worry is what if it's cancer or something
