Hello. I Had A Tooth Pulled Yesterday On My Lower

Hello. I had a tooth pulled yesterday on my lower back left side. A molar. There is now some pain and what looks like a piece of white tooth hanging out of the area where the tooth was. It isnt hard or sharp like a tooth, it is very soft. Do you know what this might be?
