I had a unprotected encounter about 6 month ago, after possible exposure tested negative using oraquick oral HIV test, I was in the today hospital due to short of breath and loss of appetite, the doctor ran a white blood count and it was 4.0 and when I asked If I need to have HIV test he told me there is no need. Do you think I should go and get blood test for HIV?
