Hello, I Had A Very Hard Fall Onto A Concrete

Hello, I had a very hard fall onto a concrete floor onto both knees a 3 days ago, with bruising and swelling, especially inside my right knee. I am able to bear weight and walk. Now I have a quarter sized knot on the medial aspect of my right calf about halfway up my leg, that is painful to touch. Could this be from my knee?
