Hello, I Had A Vomiting Spell 2 Nights Ago. Vomited

Hello, I had a vomiting spell 2 nights ago. Vomited 8 times within 2/3 hrs. Ended up being bile and then dry heaves after the first few times. I'm very sore in my rib cage area and in my middle back area...and also neck and throat. Is that all caused by vomiting so hard?
