Hello I Had Aleopecia In My Beard And Then It

Hello I had aleopecia in my beard and then it went on to my head and I had hair loss then all went ok and my hairs regrow but at the back of my head initially it started with hair fall as of aleopecia then it had dandruff on it everyday what's this can anyone help me out
