Hello I Had All Four Of My Wisdom Teeth Removed

Hello
I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed on Monday (today is Wednesday) and had no problems waking up after anesthesia and no nausea. I don't have dry socket or any major pain. I have been able to eat small cut up peaches and different foods without too much pain and I thought everything was going good until this morning. There was a meeting I was required to go to so I took my prescription pain pill last night and then just took ibuprofen this morning for the pain. I made it to the meeting but had a hard time following along what was going on and then I had an after meeting meeting in a coffee shop. I felt really fuzzy and didn't trust myself to drive home so I thought maybe I could wait it out. At one point I wanted to go ask for their wifi password but couldn't because there were too many people. It felt like my brain just couldn't compute what was going on. I don't have a history of panic attacks but I have had one before. I almost had one today in the restroom of the coffee shop. I don't understand why because I hadn't taken any of my pain pills in over 12 hrs. Is something wrong? HELP! I suppose to go back to work tomorrow and don't want to to be dealing with this at work!
