Hello, I Had All My Wisdom Teeth Removed About 4

Hello, I had all my wisdom teeth removed about 4 days ago. My left lower cheek right by my lower jaw is still swollen. It's getting better, but the swell became a hard like muscle more like a lump right by my lower jaw. My dentist said it's not unusual and I'll be fine if I keep icing it. Do you have any comments or advice you wouldn't mind sharing?
