Hello, I Had An MRI Taken On Friday Of My

Hello, I had an MRI taken on Friday of my shoulder. It's been nine months since injuring it while lifting weights and may have torn the labrum or rotator cuff. There's a black spot on the surface of the bone between my lateral and rear deltoid, any idea what it might be? The pain is constant, deep, and runs down from that exact spot through my elbow to my hand. What can I expect? Surgery? It's been 9 months so I want to prepare for the worst.
