Hello. I Had An Appointment To Get Tested For ADD/ADHD

Hello. I had an appointment to get tested for ADD/ADHD (my family believes I have it... I do not). I scheduled an appointment with my doctor for testing, but the insurance company denied the testing and will only allow for an interview. Can you diagnose ADD/ADHD without taking all the tests.
