Hello. I Had An Early Medical Abortion On The 4th

Hello. I had an early medical abortion on the 4th April. I have noticed over the past 2 days that my discharge has become very creamy and yellow but it has no smell to it at all. Is this something I should be concerned about? I have had this in the past and my GP put it down to hormones. Thanks in advance for your help
