Hello, I Had An Infected Lower Back Tooth Removed Last

Hello, I had an infected lower back tooth removed last wednesday, slowly healing and not nearly as sore now, I did have a discharge constantly from it up until and including saturday, I expected it was still draining. My throat began to be sore on friday, continued over the weekend and also today, I have been flushing mouth constantly with warm salt water. Not sure if tonsils are involved as it seems like the entire area. was wandering how long I should wait if antibiotics are necessary? Would prefer not to use them, but not sure if its going to clear up on its own. Generally I have a good immune system, feeling quite tired and drained, imagine its my body doing its job.
