Hello I Had Anorectic Surgery 9 Days Ago And Still

Hello I had anorectic surgery 9 days ago and still having excruciating pain when i have a bowel movement. My bowel movements and soft and small amounts. I cant get my muscles to contract go back in and I'm straining and it feels like my rectum is splitting in half. I am taking dok 100mg twice a day. How do I get the pain to stop? The sitz bath are not working anymore or the Tramadol. Thank you
