Hello, I Had Cervical Laminectomy In 2009 Due To Cervical

Hello, I had cervical laminectomy in 2009 due to cervical bone spurs. 4 weeks after surgery I was sent to physical therapy, shortly thereafter the very nice therapist twisted my neck. I didn't feel anything until I was driving home when I turned my head slightly. I felt the worse pain, I describe it as going from the upper area of my voice box area to the end of it. X-rays and scans were done but nothing was found. At times my voice was very hoarse, felt like air wasn't going through, I WAS AFRAID I'D SUFFOCATE; still nothing could be found. I regurgitated one day and the pain I had in 2009 came back, seemed like the same exact pain. I had an endoscopy about 5 years ago, it showed a compressed esophagus, I recently had one and it shows a very swollen cricopharyngeal region. I still have difficulty swallowing at times and I have to manually move my throat area to get relief from discomfort; feels like my throat is collapsing. The back of my neck becomes "very painful" when I sit to long at my computer. I could go on and on, but I'll simply ask, what do you think this is and can you help me? It seems that my concerns have been falling on deaf ears. I live in Pasadena, CA. Thank you.
