Hello I Had D&c Hysteroscopy Done On 9/30/14 Due To

Hello I had d&c hysteroscopy done on 9/30/14 due to adenomyosis I've been bleaeding since went to my post appointment and dr said was normal that was last month. Stopped bleeding for four days thankfully but now I've started bleeding again and I'm having medium to large blood clots. Is this normal????
