I had epididmytis and a hydrocelectomy in 2006. Fast forward to 2015, I continued to have some dull achy pain on the same side. I went to a new urologist to have it checked. A clear ultrasound was found, good bloodwork, but a raised AFP level. Three AFP tests have been taken, 10.2, 9.8, and 11.2
Does this sound like cancer?
