Hello. I Had Fallen Down The Stairs At Least Three

Hello. I had fallen down the stairs at least three of them . I fell hard and once I gotten up my back end was very numb and felt like it was on fire. It hurts very much and I have a very ugly color bruise on my cheek it hurts when I sit,getup or bend down . Could I have just bruised my tail bone.
