Hello, I had intercourse on Nov. 23. For awhile I felt weird then my period came. I was relieved. Then the same symptoms came back. I went to the hospital with severe abdominal pain. I found out I have a ovariom cyst. One on each ovary. This was the reason why I felt so weird. My period was supposed to come on the 3rd of January. It didn't. Instead it came on the 7th. I know that a late period is a common sign of a ovarian cyst. So is lower adominal pain. This isn't a pregnancy right? I had sex in November and my period came that month. I did nothing in December and my period came. I did nothing in January, I only found out I had a ovarian cyst. And my period came 3 days late. This isn't a pregnancy right?? I got tests run on me in January. My blood test came back negative. And so did my urine. But my question is, this isn't a pregnancy right? My period is supposed to come today and it hasn't yet. Is it normal to have late periods with a ovarian cyst? And if possible how can I avoid getting a ovarian cyst again Thanks
