Hello . I Had My Marsupialization Four Days Ago .

Hello . I had my Marsupialization four days ago . I cannot walk, sit, lay, or even use the restroom comfortably. I have a lot of swelling and pains . My period recently came on so I am not sure if the stitches are still bleeding or not . but because of the swelling I cannot bathe properly and there is a smell like dry blood . should I be concerned at all ?
