Hello, I Had My Aortic Heart Valve Replaced On December

Hello, I had my aortic heart valve replaced on December 3rd, 2015 at U of M with a less invasive surgery. Since then, I've been having frequent wheezing problems, yet can go 30-50 minutes on a tread mill without any problems. Could the wheezing be a side affect from the titanium wiring they used to put and some of my rib bones back in place?
