Hello I Had My Ears Pierced In May. The Person

Hello I had my ears pierced in May. The person put a black dot using a felt pen on my lobe then pierced. I can still see the ink in my earlobes and they are painful and puss will come out when I take my earings out. Could this be due to the ink not being evacuated properly and if so how can I get the ink out? Thank you for your help, Stephanie
