Hello. ...I Had My First Back Operation 19 Years Ago

Hello. ...I had my first back operation 19 years ago to put a disc in on L4L5 but it ws unsuccessful then 2 years after I had my second op to fuse the spine I had 3pins from then on I got much worse and numerous about 30 or more pain blockers but didn't do much for me. I had a spine stimulater put in about 6 years ago but no joy so 2 years after I had it removed. I know I have severe nerve damage since my 2th operation. I ws diagnose 19 years ago with ostiohartritasarthritis But now after some MRI a couple months ago they found out that I have ostioperosis my coccyx and the vertebraes as far as my waist r fragmentation Vy rapidly and have also Friomaalgia. I am most of my time in bed I m taking at moment Palexia 150mg every 12 hours and during day 50mg supouse 4times a da but I only take 2 at diferente hours b4 this tabs I ws on Targin 20mg at night and morning and on Oxicoton50 mg during the day. I'm 69 years old but for the best time of my life has bn home I don't go out I don't know wt a cinema or restaurants look like. My poor husband passed away 3 years ago he ws my arms and legs. I wld like if there is something else out there to help me getting better. Thank u so much Mariam
