Hello I Had My First Gall Stone Pass Through Me

Hello I had my first gall stone pass through me this week....according to my doctor this could happen again or may never happen again. I'm most interested in the foods I have to avoid...I'm 75 years old...and would like to do everything I can not to have the other shoe fall, what I want to know is the kind of diet I should try and follow and what food I must and should avoid.
