Hello, I Had My Left Big Toenail Removed 4 Weeks

Hello, I had my left big toenail removed 4 weeks ago. It was severly ingrown and had a lot of fungus as well. The wound is still oozing yellow fluid. I have been soaking it daily and then putting a gauze dressing on it. I understand I should not soak the foot. I have diabetes type II also. Should I seek a urgent care center?
