Hello. I Had My Lower Wisdom Tooth Removed About 2

Hello. I had my lower wisdom tooth removed about 2 weeks ago and just noticed a bit of white stuff inside the hole. I've been rinsing with salt water and have noticed peices of food coming out but there's a white-ish beige chunk inside the hole that just won't budge. I'm not experiencing any pain. Just a little sensitivity. Any cause for concern?
