Hello I Had My Mirena Removed 28 Sept, Withdrawal Bleed

I had my mirena removed 28 sept, withdrawal bleed 1 oct (2 days clotting), what appeared to be a period 8 oct fresh bleed 4 days (usual menstral cycle 3/4 days).
Recently on last week experienced headaches, nausea (vomited once), constipation, backache, abdo cramps/bloating and increased discharge.
Today would be my first day of menstral cycle but got a negative, any chance this could be too soon for testing or am I convincing myself I am pregnant?
