Hello, I Had My Regular Menstrual Cycle And Then Three

Hello, I had my regular menstrual cycle and then three days later I came on again. The bleeding has been pretty steady and has a lot of clotting in it. I am also cramping more than usual. I automatically thought to take a pregnancy test, but it came back negative. What do you think it could be?
