Hello, I Had My Second Colonoscopy Ever 3 Days Ago

Hello,
I had my second colonoscopy ever 3 days ago and today I've begun my period. I haven't been keeping track if my period so I'm not sure if it is on time or not. My main concern is that I'm bleeding much heavier than usual. When I got my period it was as if I had peed myself (but with blood) because there was so much. My period has never been this heavier. I wear a diva cup and the blood seems to be finding it's way around the cup even though it is not 100% full (this also never happens). I had very bad cramps the morning before I started bleeding.. but the very bottom of my lower abdomen which isnt like my usual cramps. I was even worried I was getting a uti the day before because the urgency when needing to go to the washroom and the pain/burning sensation. The colonoscopy went well and biopsies were taken. Should j be concerned?
