I had open-heart surgery in Oct of 2015. the scar left the sternum incision healed very nicely. On yesterday I felt kind of painful sensation in the area and discovered that on the scar there appeared to be a tiny, perhaps bump, blackhead or pimple, which had burst. Should I be concerned?
