Hello. I Had Pink Eye About A Week Ago But

Hello. I had pink eye about a week ago but prior to that, I thought I had staved off a cold only to have a dry cough and scratchy throat. The doctor who treated me for pink eye said I had swollen lymph nodes and I feel like I have a little something in my throat. It doesn't hurt, no fever, no blood and when I don't think about it, I don't notice it. Am wondering what it might be.
