Hello, I Had Regular Period Earlier However My Date Varies

Hello, I had regular period earlier however my date varies sometimes 3rd or 13th of each month. Last period I had it was on 15th June and after that I had an intercourse on June 30th..after that am still waiting for my period to come till date. I went for self pregnancy test thrice and it shows only single line which means negative I believe. Yesterday I went to see a doctor and had ultrasound...the report says UB normal,uterus is normal size and echotexture. Endometrium is 10 mms thick. 6*5mms hyperechoic region seen in mid endometrium, ? Endometrial polyps(adv repeat scan post menstrual) both ovaries are bulky and show multiple small follicles. No mass / tenderness seen in both adnexae. RO vol.is 11 ml. LO vol. is 11ml . No free fluid seen in pod. IMP-B/L PCO....This is the report I received yesterday. Doctor said though u have self tested pregnancy and it showed negative still let us do utp again...please suggest me what to do? Am I pregnant? I did self test 3times n it showed a single line. What is the problem and solution for it? Am still waiting for my period.
