Hello, I Had Sex About 3 Days Ago And After

Hello, I had sex about 3 days ago and after that I was experiencing sore penis. I thought it was normal to be that way but after 3 hours I went to play football and got hit in the crotch. Since then I am suffering from a swollen foreskin and the glans are visible. It is very painful, would like to know how to treat it or should I go see a urologist. Thanks.
