Hello. I Had Sex With My Partner Last Week Sometime.

Hello. I had sex with my partner last week sometime. Unprotected, he did not ejaculate in me. Sometimes we use a c9ndom, sometimes we don't. A couple of days ago, I started to get a serious stinging feeling right below my vaginal opening, and I believe it is called the Vestibular Fossa. It is a little red, swelled, and I cannot touch it real hard otherwise it stings very bad. I cannot spread my vagina a lot to look at it because it stings real bad. I can walk just fine and sit just fine, it's just when I apply pressure to it. I looked this up online but I have wanted to talk to a doctor, get their opinion on what could be happening. I found ways I can treat stings at home. Avoid scented soaps, and hard cloth, etc. Wash once daily with nuke warm water. And that is what I will be doing. But I am concerned, and I want to know how long this may last. Is there any way I can go to Walmart or something and get some sort of cream to relieve this stinging feeling? Do you think I have some sort of disease? I am pretty sure he is clean. No STD's. Also, I was feeling around down there last night and came across a bump. Of course, I panicked thinking what if he does have an STD?! Is this herpes, a pimple, or ingrown hair? Herpes comes in clusters, and it is only one single, red bump. Much like a pimple. It is on the inside of the lip og my vagina. I did more research and looked up more what an ingrown hair is. I found a few hairs by it and plucked them and I also found one long one in the center if it. I plucked that as well just in case. I shave ALL THE TIME, and not in the direction of my hair. Which may have caused this? But it's hard... like a pimple. I don't know if it is really an ingrown hair or pimple. So I am going to wait and see. If it is an ingrown hair, and I got the hair out, how long will it take for this bump to go away? Or if it is a pimple, how long do vaginal pimples take to go away? I do not itch, but the only real irritating spot and concerning spot is my stinging feeling under my vaginal opening... do you have answers for me?
