Hello , I Had Testicular Cancer When I Was 19

Hello , I had testicular cancer when I was 19 years old an the cancer spread into my lymphatic system . The right testicle was removed after the first surgery and the doctors did a body scan and found 9 more tumors in my lymphatic system . I was able to have a normal orgasm and ejaculations with one testicle but after the lympnode dissection I developed retro grade ejaculate. Can this problem be fixed with any of today's procedures . I'm 50 and my wife is 39 and we want to have a child . Any help and guidance to a medical facility that deals with this would be greatly appreciated . Thank you , Lee
