Hello I Had Unprotected Sex And My Partner Told Me

I had unprotected sex and my partner told me he did not come inside me but there was too much post sex secretions on me so i decided to buy a morning after pill which i took the two tablets together about 5 hours later and then during the course of that same week i took another two tablets one one day n the other the next day.my periodwas to come on the 10 of january but on the 8 i started having very light bleeding which lasted for a day and a half.i gave done several pregnancy tests even this morning and all are negative what should i do.i am worried
