Hello. I Had, What My Doctor Thought Was Costochrondritis In

Hello. I had, what my doctor thought was costochrondritis in sternum/right part of chest, he gave me naproxen, pain went away after a few days. Stopped taking meds, then felt fatigued, had stomach issues, and had pain at bottom of right rib cage for a couple of days. that eventually went away but then I had odd bloating and joint pains for a few days. Any idea what this is about?
