Hello, I Hade My Operation For More Then A Year

Hello, I hade my operation for more then a year now but my testicul got a bit smaller then before operation plus it's more up then the other one and when I try to pull it a bit down I can't coos it's hurting me when I do that. And the skin it's large.... what do I need to do ?
