Hello! I Have MRI Results Of My Knee. They're In

Hello! I have MRI results of my knee. They're in file. Do I need surgery or it can be some kind of therapy? It happened two weeks ago when I played soccer, without any reason I just felt a pain in my knee. Doctor gave me some special thing to make my leg straight. And he asked me to wait 3 weeks, to give my knee some rest and come back to him. What's your opinion? If it will be surgery can I work after it or Ill have to stay home? How long rehabilitation takes? And what kind of surgery it will be? Thank you!
Description of mri:

The articular cartilage of the patella is normal in appearance.
