Hello I Have RA With A Lot Of Pain From

Hello I have RA with a lot of pain from osteoarthritis that resulted from the destruction as I understand it. I am on a lot of pain medicine and many day can't seem to manage the pain even with the meds. I have been told about magnetic bracelets being successful in reducing pain. Is this something worth purchasing for my situation. And if so, then a bracelet with more magnets rather than less, would be better and should I wear one on each wrist? Thank you
