Hello, I Have A 4 1/2 Daughter That Does Not

Hello, I have a 4 1/2 daughter that does not want to learn I show her the letter A and then ask her what letter it is and she instantly forgets, numbers too she cant recognize anything in paper and she started VPK on time Im not sure what to think i get very frustrated and dont understand. Teacher also tells me shes not listening and not behaving well and all she wants to do is play .
