Hello, I Have A 5 Year Old Son Who Complaint

Hello, I have a 5 year old son who complaint of his both hands that unable to grip. He also complaint of his both feet . He said it's weak and tired . I have notice also that he easily trip or fall when he walks but not all the time. What do u think are these symptoms . Thank you
