Hello, I Have A 6 Year Old Son Who Is

Hello, I have a 6 year old son who is constantly grabbing his private area and i have also noticed tha he is making a weird sound sounding like a bird. He is a very active child quiet smart can read has great memory and he can be wrestless at times but also can keep busy with activities that he enjoys like drawing or building leggo. He can do this for a couple of hours etc. The noise ive noticed recently getting more repeated at night time and sometimes in the morning. He has mentione dthat he is also doing it at school. I keep telling him to stop doing it he also used to have a clearing throat type noise ages ago that he no longer does.
