Hello I Have A Bileaflet Mitral Valve Prolapse With Moderate

Hello I have a bileaflet mitral valve prolapse with moderate regurgitation,and severely dilated left atrium. I have inappropriate sinus tachycardia. I experience bouts of nausea with certain activities. I notice often at this time my bp will often be low. Why does this happen and should I be concerned ?
