I have a blocked Fallopian tube and the other partially blocked, however, I am 6 weeks or so pregnant ( not sure down to ovulation ). I had a scan at 4.4 weeks and only small sac seen. I had a follow up scan a week later and sac had grown, but no yolk sac or fetal pole seen. Last hcg had more than doubled. Could it be a blighted ovum?
