Hello, I Have A Brother Who Lives In A Group

Hello, I have a brother who lives in a Group Home in Phila. He is 56 and has been in and out of the Hosp. recently because of fluid building up in his feet. He does have a heart murmur all his life and they say some kidney issues and hardning of the arteries. He is on lyseik medicine and various other blood pressure etc.
I am told that he is walking very slowly, he has pressure socks etc. but my question is how much longer does he have to live, I would like to bring him here to RI to nurse him if I could. I have 4 grown children and a disabled husband but he does' nt need physical care, he is another story. Thank you for your time.
