Hello I Have A Common Cold I Think But My

Hello I have a common cold I think but my symptoms are getting worse, my eyes are really watery, my chest feels itchy inside, nausea, chesty cough, fatigued, larthargic, cold shivers and headaches.

Please can you explain what's going on, I'm even breathless laying in bed?
