Hello I Have A Concern For My Daughter Who Is

Hello I have a concern for my daughter who is 25 yrs old. She has a lump on her left cheek about 2 inches from her anus. She's had this for a few months but it did shrink for awhile and now it's back again like the size of a marble. It is painful to touch and discomforting when she is sitting or walking. What should we do with her since she has no medical insurance at this time?
