Hello, I Have A Constant Itch At The Cleft Of

Hello, I have a constant itch at the cleft of my butt Crack, I have previously had a cyst develop there but it was popped and healed. The Doc told me to prevent that is to shave my Crack. Well I haven't done so, but my Crack constantly sweats, so I'm wondering if the sweat is causing the itch this time by possibly entering the hair folicals?
