Hello. I have a couple of questions. After 4 steroid joint injections in 5 weeks can they go systemic enough to cause weight gain and how long does effect last if so.second question: proton pump inhibitors causing malabsorption of vir b12. D very low. Taking injections vit b12 now ok. Vit d still low on once a week high doses 10k. Why woukd it be low still-absorption issue and how often are b12 injections are necessary . Thanks..
